These Terms of Service govern your use of Ghost Prank at https://ghostprank.net. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Ghost Prank lets you upload a photo or a short video and generate a video in the style of the viral TikTok ghost prank filter, with an AI-made ghost added behind the person. Ghost Prank is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, Snapchat or any filter creator.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ghost Prank. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos and videos that you own or have permission to use. Everyone shown must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be pranked. You must not upload photos or videos of children, or of celebrities, politicians or other public figures.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ghost Prank to:

• impersonate any person or pass off a video as real footage of a real event;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content, or frighten or bully anyone who did not agree to it;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos and videos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on social platforms. Please label them as AI-generated where required.

AI Output

AI results can vary. We do not guarantee that a video will be accurate, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Some features may require credits or a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable; if a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the credits used will be returned.

Termination

You may stop using Ghost Prank at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Ghost Prank after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
